René qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2013 and is also a member of the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors.

With more than 14 years experience in the fields of accounting and auditing, René has been a director of small and medium sized public practice firm before moving to New Zealand and thrives on challenges, problem-solving and positive change. Her special interests in taxation and enjoyment of helping others grow and develop, is underpinned by her belief that building relationships is critical to personal and professional success.

In her spare time, René is avid about volunteer work and loves spending quality time with her family and friends.
