Thanh has 15 years of experience in Investment Banking in Vietnam. Prior to Bentleys, Thanh successfully led and completed over 30 transactions in various sectors such as retail, banking, manufacturing, real estate, and airline. Her experience include M&As, private placements, listings and privatizations.

Thanh completed a Master course in Development Economics from the Vietnam – Netherlands Program, a joint program between University of Economics Ho Chi Minh and the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam; a Master course in Finance and Banking from a joint program between Banking University Ho Chi Minh City and the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW; and a Master course in Professional Accounting from Auckland University of Technology. Currently, Thanh is undergoing the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Australia qualification.

Pursuing a work-life balance was the main reason for her switch from Investment Banking to Accounting. Thanh’s financial expertise in her previous positions plus current daily involvements in accounting services support her well in different tasks at Bentleys related to both accounting and business-related advisory services.

Outside of work, Thanh likes spending time with family, doing make-up, calligraphy, reading, sightseeing, and volunteering activities.
